Education is essential when it comes to changing habits and cultural norms! The BGR! U educational series is a way to bring experts and trainers to the forefront to give BGR! members the information they need to make healthy living a sustainable and achievable lifestyle!!
The series will debut with "The 21-Day Clean Eating Challenge" led by Danielle Omar is a registered dietitian based in Fairfax, Va. She advises clients on nutrition plans, and maintains the blog Food Confidence that helps people make healthy eating a part of their lifestyle.
With four educational tracks (varying in intensity), this course will cleanse your body of processed foods, sugar, gluten, dairy and other foods that keep you from feeling your best. Participants will discover which foods give them energy, support their digestive and immune systems and reduce their waistline, and the foods that make them feel drained, bloated or weighed down.
