RETURN POLICY
**NO REFUNDS - EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS!
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned.
3. Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products and accessories (hats, headbands, drinkware).
4. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
5. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Black Girls RUN!. If your order is incorrect, we will provide a return label.
6. Shipping fees are non refundable.
7. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
8. Please enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit.
9. If an exchange is not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
10. Please email us the tracking number and order number of the return package to expedite your return. If you do not send us the email your return will be delayed.

Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
