This was very informative! Thanks for sharing. I’m definitely interested in the challenge, and I hope to see some serious changes, especially since I have so many food allergies, at the end of the 21 days. I’m excited!

Wondering what the difference is between the 2 beginner programs. I’m interested but not sure which one would be best for me. Are the 2 beginner programs explained anywhere on the BGR site?
