It’s week 7! WOW! You’ve come so far! If you are following the WALKB4URUN training plan like hundreds of women across the country, you have run consistently for the past 4 weeks. Pat yourself on the back!
OK, it’s time to switch up the game a bit this week. You should be gradually increasing the amount of time you run daily. You are so ready for this. It may be challenging but it is not impossible. By the end of this week, you will be able to run for 7 minutes straight! What an AWESOME accomplishment!
Now is the time to begin looking for a 5K to run. If you're already signed up for the WALKB4URUN Virtual 5K, AWESOME! You can also register for a local race to get double the bling! Woot! Woot!
If you're aren't registered for our WALKB4URUN Virtual 5K, you can register HERE. There's only a limited number of spot still available! REGISTRATION ENDS ON DEC. 12 AT 11:59 P.M. EST or once all of the spots have been filled.
