It's Friday, you got a job and you have a lot of stuff to do. If you're like me, each morning starts off with a big cup of coffee...specially Fridays. If I'm lucky (or have some extry pennies in my pocket), I head to the nearest Starbucks. Especially during the Fall. I'm a sucker for its seasonal drink menu! But I always have drinkers remorse (yes, that's a thing). The sugar, the calories.....you get it. But, I think I've found a formula! Read how I hacked the Starbucks Seasonal menu over at Zelle.
My favorite ground rule in partaking of the black gold....
If you must drink, drink in the morning.: Yes, we’re still talking about coffee here. Opt for your favorite drink in the morning so that you have the rest of the day to burn the calories.
