Running for health, what's your reason to run?

Any doctor will tell you that the smartest things you can do to improve your health is to eat right and exercise. But getting into a smart workout routine can be a challenge. According to reports by the University of New Mexico, studies have found that 50 percent of people who start a new exercise program will quit within the first six months, according to the International Journal of Sport and Exercise Physiology. To avoid becoming just another fitness dropout, it's helpful to find a great support system, something the organizers behind Black Girls RUN! are hoping to provide for women across the country in an effort to help raise awareness about the obesity epidemic in the African-American community.
