  Join Black Girls RUN! at the 7th Annual HBCU 5K & 1oK on Saturday, June 28 in Atlanta. The Atlanta HBCU Alumni Alliance (AHBCUAA) has galvanized hundreds of HBCU alumni, family and friends in support of health awareness. The numbers speak for themselves – in this short period of time, they've grown from 250 participants in  2008 to 2,800 in 2013.  More importantly, the event has raised more than $210,000 for scholarships benefiting deserving metro-Atlanta students.

Just click on the volunteer option, type in BGR! in the organizational field and select your volunteer option and BOOM,  you're done! Please note there are a limited amount of volunteer slots available for each volunteer option and once they are filled the option will no longer be available for selection.

Won't be able to attend? That's okay too! If you have a prior engagement that will prevent you from attending the event, please support the cause by using the pledge and/or donate feature. This is an easy way for BGR! members and/or their family, friends and co-workers to financially support this cause without having to register for the race! Now everyone can support the metro Atlanta student scholarship fundraising drive!

Race Deadlines: Mail in registration deadline date  - May 31st (postmarked date) On line registration deadline date - June 19th (online registration site is removed from website on June 20th) On site registration - June 21st & 22nd (last day to register for the race): There will be an option to register for the race during the package pickup. This will be the last opportunity to register for the race.
