Today is a new day. Forget about what you did or didn't do this week. You are on this fitness journey because you felt like you wanted to make a few changes in your life. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it. If you are getting bored with your current workout routine, then start exploring other options. Think about why you started in the first place. Make an effort today to get a least 30 minutes of exercise in today. You have so many options: swimming, biking, walking, running, Zumba, Taebo, boxing class, etc. You get my point!!! Get out and make the effort!!
