The workout Gods are not happy with me right now. After missing FOUR workouts last week, I finally made it back to the gym on Sunday. I forgot how hard it can be for me to squeeze in workouts when I'm on the road. Last week I was on the road working crazy hours to cover the snow and ice storms here in Atlanta. I wrapped those shoots and headed to Tennessee to celebrate with my line sister as she tied the knot.
The traveling doesn't stop. This week I'll be in LA for for the #PotentialofUs 5k event with Verizon and Morris Chestnut. Just an FYI...If you need a reminder of the goodness of Morris, here is a pic from his Muscle & Fitness Cover.
I digress...I'm flying from LA to Florida for a work event for my fiancé, Chris. All in, I won't be back home until the first week of March. When I'm on the road, I don't always have the flexibility to commit two hours to my workout. I've created a shorter (no less intense) workout for the road. It's my calorie crushing total body workout. I had the chance to test it out on Sunday (at the hotel gym) and it was seriously intense.
