[caption id="attachment_66102" align="aligncenter" width="300"] Today's workout only requires a set up dumbbells and a medicine ball[/caption]
So I have a small confession, I haven't worked out in two days. Monday I had an unexpected business dinner, and I didn't have time to squeeze in some gym time. And then yesterday snowpocolypse happened in Atlanta. Fortunately I did not get caught in any traffic like thousands of motorist. I did however have a really cool opportunity to freelance for a local network, covering the storm. I haven't tested out my producing chops in a while, so I felt a little rusty, and I was absolutely exhausted by the time I got home. Needless to say, I could only manage to unthaw my feet and eat a meal before crashing last night.
So today, I plan to get in two workout: The first will be a weight circuit from the comfort of my living room using my set of 10lb dumbbells and a small medicine ball. The second workout will be a trek to go dig out my car, which is parked about a mile from my house. I'm not sure which workout will be more intense.
