SWYS Preview Run + On Site Registration Information

CALLING ALL SWYS RACE PARTICIPANTS Are you registered for the Black Girls RUN! Sweat With Your Sole 5K or 10K race on September 8 in Charlotte, NC? Have you started training? Are you interested in previewing the route before the race? Well, here's your opportunity. Come on out Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 7:30AM to to do a test run of both routes with the dynamic Black Girls RUN! Charlotte group. We will meet in front of the Nascar Hall of Fame located at 400 E Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28202 promptly at 7AM for a prerun picture and distribution of turn by turn directions. From there, we will walk down the street to the corner of Brevard and Stonewall to start the preview. Looking forward to seeing you on the pavement! PLEASE NOTE: This preview is open to any member of BGR! who plans to attend the race. The preview run is NOT open to men; however, on actual race day all is invited to participate. The route will be marked with BGR sign "arrows" at each turn.
