5 Reasons to Break Up with Your Sports Bra

I get tons of promotional emails, but I received one from Moving Comfort yesterday that really caught my attention. The headline read: "5 Reasons to Breakup with Your Sports Bra". I was intrigued! If you are anything like me, buying sports bras is one of the least frequent purchases I make. I'm pretty sure I've one of my bras for four years. I'm embarrassed. Buying a GOOD sports bra can be expensive and let's face it, I'd rather spend that money on running clothes or shoes. But as I read through the list, I realized that it's definitely time for me to invest. (I'm sure my girls would agree). How long do you keep your sports bras? Do you buy them regularly? Tell us! During our 2012 race and conference weekend, they were on hand for bra fittings and everyone commented on how much they loved them! They make some of THE best sports bras on the market!
