I would like to live a healthier lifestyle. What are three specific goals you hope to achieve? 1.) Run 4- 5k races 2.) Lose 75 pounds What do you think will be your biggest challenge? I live a really hectic lifestyle. I am always on the move always traveling. This impacts my diet negatively. What is your exercise of choice? I really enjoy doing a lot of different exercises. I have to change it up so I don't get bored. Dance classes are my favorite.
