The Calorie Counter application has all the cool tools to help you succeed:
• A food quick pick to find calorie and full nutrition information or scan barcodes for nutritional labels
• A food diary to plan and keep track of what you’re eating.
• An activity diary to record all the calories you burn.
• A weight chart.
• A journal to record your progress.
2. Healthy Recipes by Spark Recipes
The Healthy Recipes application lets you browse or search 2,000 of SparkPeople’s best recipes. You can then save them to your favorites, and all of the recipes include calorie and nutritional information.
3. CardioTrainer and the Weight Loss Trainer
CardioTrainer is a free application that let's you record all of your exercise activity. You can track all of your workouts using GPS and a pedometer and then see a map of where you went and review stats like time, distance, pace and calories burned. You can also send your workouts to Facebook to share with friends and family. This is a great alternative for those of you who don’t have Nike plus.
