CardioTrainer and the Weight Loss Trainer CardioTrainer is a free application that let's you record all of your exercise activity. You can track all of your workouts using GPS and a pedometer and then see a map of where you went and review stats like time, distance, pace and calories burned. You can also send your workouts to Facebook to share with friends and family. This is a great alternative for those of you who don’t have Nike plus.
The Weight Loss Trainer is a premium module that integrates with CardioTrainer to help you set up and follow a weight loss plan without counting calories.
