I'm just going to come out and say it, some days I don't feel like running. I run 3-4 days a week, and I need a non-running routine to add to the mix. Preferable I need something that doesn't mess my hair up too much. Ok, now that thats out in the open, I'm wondering if there is any validity to the Wii Fit. The website says "It can change how you exercise, how you balance, and even how you move." Does this thing work? Do you get a legitimate workout? What non-running activities do you all recommend?
