Time To Up the Ante

One thing you all don't know about Ashley and I is that we are highly competitive in just about everything we do. Although we love to collaborate on projects, there's usually a (innocent) bet behind it. I probably owe Ashley close to $1000 by now.


Last week Hicks ran a 25:47 5k and let me just say I am VERY proud of her, but my competitive spirit just won't let me sit around and do nothing. So next weekend, I too will be participating in my first race, the Newport 10k ( a little over 6 miles) in Jersey City, NJ. I will definitely have pictures to post and if you're in the area, join me.
