Black Girls RUN! is a health and fitness blog for African-American women. We believe that every woman can achieve a healthier lifestyle with friendly help and motivation. We talk to women in a voice they can relate to, because we’re in it with them – we deal with the same issues as everyone else, and we want to share our mission and journey with others. We believe in making a healthy lifestyle fun and accessible, and not just something we do because it makes us look good (though that’s a great bonus).
